I'm naturally a very shy person and University has brought me out of my shell in so many ways, particularly my roles within making Degree Show a reality.
I stepped up to take on the role of note-taking for all the class meetings. This involved a great deal of organisation and time management in order to have an agenda for the meetings and to be able to relay the meeting minutes efficiently afterwards, in order for no one to be left out from any decisions which were being made / discussed.
I have thoroughly enjoyed being an active member of the group in all aspects of organising and realising our final year showcase.
