Proces Shots
I had asked a friend in advance if I would be able to use their garage as I thought it would be the perfect place to carry out this shoot, due to it's privacy and the possible sensitive nature of the shoot. I researched how to tie a real noose and so it was a fully functioning piece of kit! I wanted to give the image the appearance of an emergency vehicle but the best I could manage was the blue circle of light alluding to police, created with a piece of blue cellophane over the end of a torch.
I carried out the shoot in the daylight in order to make the most of the ambient light coming through the windows at the rear side of the garage, I then balanced this with some artificial lighting from the right hand side.
